Next, you will need to mark out the area where the fence will be installed, using either wooden stakes or spray paint.

Starting with your bottom line, measure up and mark the location of your first insulator, attach insulators at the same level point on each post. Thread the line through the posts/post insulators, and pull tension (pulling the sag out of the line).Finally,thread the beginning of the line throughan anchor (One Way Vise) and pull tight, cutting spare line and attaching to or around the post. Continue this process for 5 to 6 lines up the fence post, as desired.
