After turning, the posts are bundled into smaller, square packs with spacer sticks placed between every row. This process allows each post to dry more evenly, which is critical to proper treatment. Controlled drying ensures the posts can be treated correctly and consistently to American Wood Protection Association (AWPA) standards using common preservatives such as CCA, CA-C, MCA, or Creosote.

While other manufacturers have attempted to replicate the appearance of these posts, the strength, treatment quality, and overall consistency remain unmatched.
